​All parade entries will be eligible to win the Spirit of Smiles Day Award. The award has been created in 2023 to honor the memory of longtime Smiles Day committee chair person, Angie Langner and her husband, Jeff. This award will be given to the parade entry that most personifies the spirit of tradition and enthusiasm of Smiles Day.

The winner will be given $200 prize money.
